The location was excellent for my purpose, and all amenities exactly as mentioned. Very clean and modern. It was good to see more plates and cutlery than the minimum! My stay was comfortable, but I was extremely inconvenienced by the fact that neither Sonder nor Makemytrip informed me of the need to pre-register on the Sonder app or website to gain access. Standing outside a locked door with suitcases at 11 pm with no person in sight, and temperatures below freezing, with only a data sim in my phone, was truly a nightmare. Registration only takes 10-15 minutes, but I had no idea that this had to be done beforehand! I had emailed the property earlier, asking if some code would be needed to enter - but I was not informed about this.
