Excellent service. I was upgraded to a king suite after expressing unhappiness with the room initially given. Great breakfast, solid gym and pool for a 3-4 star DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown and all round comfortable stay.
Top notch staff and facilities for a budget DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown. Would recommend to anyone.

Location is excellent. It is in financial centre having offices of banks, IT Companies, Union Bus Terminal, Subway etc. Room was good in terms of space, cleaning and hygiene. Food we did not try. Staff was extremely cooperative and well behaved.

Very well located in downtown Toronto, DoubleTree by Hilton has decent rooms, good service in comparison to North American standards. They also provide parking at additional cost but there’s Public Parking available opposite at much lesser cost.
