Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport

"Had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free experience

It was all good. The rooms were a bit smaller but overall it was a great experience. The washrooms were great, temperature control was nice, the free coffee/tea at the reception, gym and the on site breakfast was commendable.

The hotel was large and surrounded by greenery. The staff was nice and ready to help. My room was lovely with a large window opening to beautiful scenery. Everything was clean. Enjoyed my stay a lot.

Impossible to cancellation once we made a payment. In my case i booked for three days. I couldn’t make it. When i request them to cancellation i got reply no. So i lost all of my payment without staying a single day.

A very pleasant one night stay at this airport hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet - just what we needed after a long haul 15 hour flight from hong kong. The lady who drove the shuttle that picked us up from the airport was absolutely lovely - so sorry we didn’t get her name. Very nice and most helpful receptionist checked us in. A more than adequate breakfast served in the morning. Simple but everything you needed to start the day. Delightful young lady jashndeep kept on top of clearing tables very efficiently. Thank you to all who made our one night stay such a successful one.

Very spacious, clean and hygeinicall safe rooms. Breakfast was average, can be improved with more varieties. At reception staff is very polite and huble. Over all expeerience was good.

Hotel is located in middle of toronto down town and mississauga down top. Very friendly staff, well maintained and the hospitality was super.

I stayed here for two nights. This place is located in a nice beautiful location. Spacious, nice ambience, and very pleasant experience. Hotelnstaff are nice well behaved with professionalism. Rooms are well equipped with required facilities. I enjoyed the stay here.

This property is very close to the toronto airport. Great pick up and drop services. Staff is awesome. Rooms are near and clean. Maintained everyday. Dining is good. Complementary breakfast has variety. Over all a nice comfortable stay. Thanks best western for making us comfortable

Our flight from switzerland to toronto has been canceled due to thunder strum in toronto on 24 dec. We can't reach in hotel. But as reviewed of customer the property is awesome

This hotel is near to yyz airport. Good bf and timings are suitable. I observed cleaning of this hotel is upto marks. I will be recommend this hotel for new comers. Specially i would like to mention connectivity for toronto and mississauga is excellent. Staff is mostly indian and supportive. Thank you

We stayed for two days as a family. Stay was pleasant, good customer service, nice location, walking distance to bus service which in turn connects to subway. Nice breakfast, courteous staff.
