Awesome stay but hard to get hold of

Hello, The location is amazing, has every needed place close by. It was very clean and tidy. It had fresh air and light. The layout of the loft was amazing. The only complain would be it is next to impossible to get a hold of management team when needed. We couldn’t even check in on time and had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins because turned out someone else was staying in our assigned room and the management didn’t pick up the call. The lady at the building was not interested in helping. Other than this inconvenience, the stay was nice.
