Ideal position fab hotel

Went with friends so had corner suite which was 2 huge rooms with adjoining door and shared balcony. One room had bathroom and fridge my room had huge sofa bed and tv with loo and basin. We overlooked the sea which was perfect and quiet. Very clean well decorated hotel, smartly dressed and modern, tables from Ikea!! Pool very clean sunbeds and shades plentiful . Cleaners never stopped cleaning which is a good sign. lifts worked well. Outside food area clean, friendly staff who could easily understand english. Mainly English German and French in hotel. Bed linen and towels changed daily. Food was the only let down. ..salads, meat and chips but if you Don't eat meat then it gets boring. small train 3 mins walk to sunny beach or old Nessevar and Marina, shops and bars opposite hotel. Season starts mid June so we were a bit early for everything to be open. yes I would love to go back in July to October but not in June.

One not to do again

Well I suppose the old saying you get what you pay for Good bits It’s clean and the pool is good Bad bits Pretty much everything else the food was bad and the all inclusive drinks were shocking We actually asked our agent to move us as the guest went to fight three nights out of our 7 nights stay and unfortunately it was always the English (I’m English so not a dig ) if your not fussy then this is the hotel for you

Manager of this hotel is very ....

I travelled with my cousin, who had been to this hotel before, and assured me that it was great. As this was my first time in Bulgaria I didn't quite know what to expect. Service is terribly important, as is first impressions, and those two things were definitely missing when we checked in after a long day parking, walking long distances, queuing and then the three and a half hour flight, so by the time we arrived at the hotel we were desperate for some food and drink. The receptionist was most unwelcoming, had no food to give us, and didn't seem to care. At that point, if I could have booked somewhere else I would have done, and shook the dust of that hotel off my shoes. Luckily, when the manager had been informed of our experience, he kindly sorted out some compensation and couldn't apologize enough. From there our holiday really picked up, and we began to enjoy the experience. Food was plentiful, can't be easy to cater for such a vast amount of people. Always beautiful fresh salads, with super herb dishes available, big juicy tomatoes, and really tasty rice. Super cold meats, french fries. Plenty of meat and fish dishes. No complaints The only thing that rather appalled me was that they served veal. I would love to see that disappear from the menu. Really nothing to complain about the volume of food, always nicely displayed. The biggest per-cent of staff seemed to have poor English, but they do respond to kindness and smiles, and they work extremely hard. Some guests are not nice to deal with and from what I could observe, they were dealt with in a very professional and discreet way. The rooms were excellent, big and very clean. The room staff also worked extremely hard, we would like to commend them for their excellent care. They also respond to kindness and smiles. All and all this holiday was excellent, and the manager appeared to be very professional and appears to have his eye on every aspect of service. On our departure day, as a courtesy gesture, he extended our check out time that made the long journey ahead of us, much more bearable. So thank you Fiesta Panorama for making our stay so good. We will return.

Nice hotel but needs improveme....

Came for a week from may21st with my dad n his partner, first impression was good clean reception, grounds look well kept, on arrival no information given just room key floor number and restaurant open in 20 mins, found room nice clean, Went down for lunch that’s when we started finding fault no clean tables. Don’t think there is enough staff to cope with size of hotel, Hotel seemed quiet plenty of choice if you like salad , food on counters was only warm considering the dinning room only just opened wasn’t the best impression, Bar staff in lobby lovely happy to help good service no problems, Next morning for breakfast again warm food no clean tables. Coffee machine did good coffee when it worked, kept running out of milk then wasn’t very warm, told the rep but I don’t think the hotel have respect for English little rude to rep when she told them the food wasn’t hot they told her they hadn’t had any complaints so from then on I lived on salad, my partner had the pork and was poorly for 2 days so spoilt the staff around pool was nice. Lovely lady serving lovely ice cream with lots of choice. After that we had meals out. So they need to get basic stuff right ,hot food, clean tables, can’t really blame staff they work long hours and most staff are friendly. Inside spa area ok but jacuzzi didn’t work did try to report to life guard but just ignore me and walk off maybe he didn’t understand English. Some staff on reception rude and they did tell others they don’t like us English, Overall we did have a good holiday it’s how you make it, Rooms kept clean little disappointing no safe in room only at reception. We probably would return but they need to get the basics right, Thomas cook need to show more interest in the Hotel to sort these problems out. I wouldn’t recommend the money changing counter they don’t give you what they advertise regarding rate of currency. The location was nice with a bus stop outside to take you to sunny beach and old town very reasonable price to. Nice bars and restaurants locally with friendly staff and nice food at a reasonable price. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t rush back. We had a room facing the road which wasn’t a problem no problem with noise. Nice sun trap on the balcony late afternoon.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at

I am still currently at the hotel till tomorrow. Usually i read reviews on the hotels ect and this had good reviews, the occasional bad - but this was put down to "cant please everyone some people just love a moan" however i can honestly say this has been one of the worst hotels ive stayed at. Firstly, the food- other reviews complimented the food, how anyone in their right mind thinks the food here is nice i don't know. The buffet area is small and not fit for purpose, classed as low season yet hard to find a clean table. The food is a choice of around 5 dishes, very limited choice and everything is like warm or cold. The amount of uneaten food left on plates speaks volume to the quality. Food is repeated every day with little to no variation, even the "fresh" cooking station is the same meal every day. Every night in the stay we have had to eat out just for a hot meal with actual taste to it. The next issue is the drinks. As all inclusive guests drinks are unlimited however are hard to swallow. The local spirits and beer is vile and having been to many destinations previously with locals that we able to drink and even enjoy this is a shame, no drink snob here as this is a lady able to drink tesco own brand rums with off brand cola yet couldn't choke down the bulgarian local that taste of paint stripper. This isn't helped by the fact that the drinks here are flat and even the Pepsi served i doubt is the name brand stuff. No ice is served with drinks either - when asking for ice your met with confusion and whispered talk in their language as they begrudgingly get some. If you too can't handle the local and opt to splash out on the imported good stuff which isnt included in the hotel inclusive tariff then i suggest leaving the hotel as a single spirit (which all of a sudden they painfully measure the ml to the drop) and a beer will cost you 13 lev.. Around 7 quid. I advise trying to go out to get a drink and pay less The next issue is the unhelpful ignorant staff that have even admitted to dual speaking polish who told me they said they don't like the English in their hotel. No wonder they treated us so rudely. The receptionists pretend to not understand you and even today cant tell you when the coach for your flight tomorrow will be picking you up. The maid as well is rude and doesn't understand a do not disturb sign.. When placed this on the door for a nap with a sore stomach she still barged in the room and cleaned around you and then asked me to get out of bed so she could make it at 10am there was no knocking or "sorry miss ill come back". The facilities in the hotel are okay at best. The pool is huge and clean and even has easy access ledge where you can easily sit or stand in the water however is freezing cold to get in. The indoor pool is a nice size and warmer but the floor work around is slippy and wouldn't like to see it on a bad day in high season. The buffet area as previously mentioned is not fit to purpose small and cramped. The snack bar they advertised as fresh pizza and burgers is a lie. The food sits there from 11 am to 5 pm warmed through on a George foreman for 30 seconds. As for your entertainment.. there isnt any.. If you have children prepare for them to be bored. The animation team are shocking. 4 members who seem to be here for minimal work and a holiday themselves you'll find them at the pool side only when sunny at 10 am for a pool dance 2 activities noone gets excited for and they disappear from 11:30am to 3:30pm again to do the same a pool dance and 2 tired activities till 5 and cant even be found at night.. The kids mini club is even closes during low season. The only saving grace has been the weather has been good and sunny mostly and i had plenty of books on my kindle I usually believe that a one week holiday is never enough but i honestly think its been enough im sick of hearing and saying "i guess we will have to make the best of a bad situation"
