Very disappointing

Even after paying full payment I was not given a room to stay as they said no rooms were booked.
Even after confirmation by MakeMyTrip, I was denied from staying there by hotel authorities and said that they do not have any idea about the booking. Only said sorry. I was left without any room booking at 9 PM in a different country. Never book this property.

It's far away from main market. Rooms are not spacious. Food is not good. Bar is average. They even don't offer water bottles, tea, coffee, sugar bags in our second day of staying. No phone is reachable for the reception. One may find plenty of good rooms in paro market. It's 3 star cottage by name only. Scenic beauty is not visible as it's surrounded by trees.
