The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 20min ride by train from the airport and the hotel provides a shuttle (free!!) to and from the airport

Clean and cosy room. They upgraded us to a superior room. Transport to airport and brussels station made it easier to travel. Breakfast menu can be more elaborate. They should keep a microwave in the room
