It was a comfortable stay. Room size was a lil smaller than what we see in the pictures and the AC wasn’t working optimally. However, the weather was a bit cold, so it didn't hurt that much. But overall, it was nice and the reception staff was warm and pleasant. Great location too.

The Novotel Gent Centrum is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. The sauna facilities are a great addition. The best part is the central location, it's walking distance from all points of interest.

Amazing location- right at the city centre. So easy to reach via public transport. We loved ans enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone who visits the place.
