Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden

I hope this message finds you well. I am a National Award-winning filmmaker from West Bengal, India, currently staying at the Radisson Hotel in Dhaka since November 25, 2024. I booked my accommodations, with full payment made prior to my arrival. I have attached the tax invoice for your reference. Regrettably, the Radisson Hotel management is claiming that they have not received the payment yet. This situation has been quite embarrassing for me as I navigate being in a foreign country. Thankfully, an honorable former officer of the Bangladesh Army intervened on my behalf and helped to secure my room. Despite the hotel's assurances, they continue to assert that the payment has not been received. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter urgently, as my checkout is scheduled for tomorrow. I must stress that if the hotel does not receive confirmation of payment by noon today, I will be compelled to take appropriate action against your agency for the distress and disruption this has caused. I have been attempting to reach your customer care since November 25, with little to no response, which has further added to my frustration. I feel it is important to voice my disappointment regarding your customer service, and I am considering holding a press conference to share my experience, highlighting the challenges faced during this booking process due to what appears to be a lack of professionalism. I urge you to communicate with the Radisson Hotel management as a matter of priority and resolve this payment issue swiftly. Your immediate action will be greatly appreciated. I booked it for the radisson name and must say i was mostly disappointed with the experience. The food is priced exorbitantly and the quality is below par at best. Not even in the same level as a much lower standard hotel. It used to be a nice property is what i think and needs a really good makeover.

Poor service delivery and management, insensitivity towards the business meetings environment, food quality was average, i am not sure if it is the best place for business meetings, very close to the airport but surely needs to improve their staff development.

The property was good for a family stay decent ambience and helping staff. No issues faced during our stay.

I was in the room for 2 night and after 1st night no one came to do housekeeping of the room

Make my trip deducted amount and not paid to hotel and hotel people blocked my credit card for fulll amount, surprisingly this problem solved by the make my trip at check out day after many conversations via phone e mail etc

Room is clean, all the facilities good, behaviours of staffs very helpful, food quality also remarkable. Overall price is meaningful as five star rating.

Love to stay again if got the chance

The property met all my requirements, their breakfast was awesome. The only mis management was that they could not get payment confirmation from mm t and asked me for a deposit until check out

Property and food was good but the whole experience was really bad. Had to make hundreds of calls from Bangladesh to make sure that they pay to the property otherwise the property was about to charge us despite paying it in advance. Even after so many discussions and calls I still had to pay around 600 bucks at the property

Hotel was full of mosquito and spray smell of mosquito, hospitality is so worst as i have never seen before, food quality is poor, variety not available

They blocked my money from credit card abed not refund my money so far

The stay was awesome. The location is perfect and it merely takes you 20 min from airport. The staff members are very professional in terms of hospitality and the guy at front desk was amazing (though I don't remember his name). The hotel is perfect 5-star hotel in Dhaka. Looking forward to staying next time whenever I am in Dhaka.

Stay was excellent. Nice and courteous staff. Cleanliness is good, and so is location which is just 15 minute away from airport. The hotel rates are a bit pricey though. I would use it for my next stay.

The stay good, the stay was cooperative and well behaved.

It was my good decision to stay there, as it takes off all my tiredness of my visit to Dhaka I really enjoyed the stay and relaxed

I didn't order that much, may be a single pizza and that was good.
The room was big as I want. A smoking room But not enough, high and interior will looks poor. But it was free.
