Great location, excellent food, friendly service

Stayed at The Midori during the initial few days of my first visit to Dhaka. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Bangladeshi hospitality and friendliness. The comfortable and tastefully appointed room made me feel relaxed immediately, while the location made it easy to check out some hotspots in the Gulshan area. Everyone I interacted with among the The Midori By Lakeshore staff was helpful and welcoming, so it felt like being at home. I have to especially mention the food. The breakfast buffet was quite good, but what amazed me was the food I ordered to my room. The place has three menus – Asian, Continental, and Indian/Bangladeshi, and every item I tried across the three sets was uniformly delicious. Would blindly choose to stay at The Midori again on my future visits to the city.
