Room service food options is very rare and also expensive, they don't have local taste foods locations is very terrible as from both side road is under constructions, no nearby restaurants and hotel restaurants foods options is not good. The terrace garden restaurant are just horrible you will find lots of mosquitos all around you eat food and they will eat you. Facilities : room are old, shower sections having a bath tub and all the water are on the floor of you are taking a shower, washrooms are stinky though you are entering, standard or premium rooms are not upto the mark or can say not worth for the money they are charging.

It was absolutely mediocre. It’s close to airport but nothing else around it so you will require a lot of time to travel anywhere to and back. Food is average and since i am vegetarian, it wasn’t great.

Overall the stay was quite pleasant. As the hotel was sparsely occupied due to ramadan - i was upgraded to a deluxe room. Unfortunately that room had a spurring sound from the adjacent geyser room in the night - so it had to be changed. Otherwise, the breakfast spread, cleanliness and room service were excellent. Moreover, since the pick up transport from hotel to airport on arrival was delayed - it was made complementary. Most reception service persons particularly, mr ebrahim was guest friendly & quite helpful

The bathtub was leaking. They changed the room without an apology.

My visit was for exhibhition and it was very much in right location and the food in hotel was good for indian visitors.

As i come to bangladesh i choose this hotel. Service is excellent and soft spoking. Property location very good. Easy to search by guest. And is food so delicious.

The location is very near to the airport. Just 5 minutes away. The surrounding area is very crowded with local people and is nothing to go nearby. The food is good and service is quick.

An overnight halt in Dhaka required a good hotel located near the Airport, and Dhaka Regency was the obvious choice. An excellent value for money deal.

I have been traveling to Bangladesh frequently and never thought of 2nd option because of wonderful experience at Dhaka regency.

The Hotel is located strategically near to the Airport. The service quality was excellent, cleanliness was of top rank. The quality of service including the staff was excellent. Would recommend the Hotel for staying.

At cheek in the the front desk officer was asking visiting card from me and I provided, which he/she should not as per hotel policy. They must do formalities with my passport. Later on I came to know they made a contract with some trader or people to provide the info or visiting card and they will money for this.

Very pleasant stay, easy to access Airport.
