Room is good , their hospitality is good but we cannot sleep the night because there is lots of bedbugs

It was good barring that water bottle was not supplied on 2nd day and hot water was not available for bathing on one day.

Very good hotel with good location. The hotel situated near by american centre and american embassy. So hotel location is highly security zone and best for couples and family.

Stayed for 3 nights in the hotel, being a old property still maintained well. Food quality and options needs to improve, breakfast was very limited and basic. Staff was cheerful, helpful and courteous, location is quite and good security without any further problem.

In my voucher described facilities were like: 1. Free welcome drink. 2. One way free airport transfer and others. They didn't provide welcome drinks. Welcome drinks is not an important issue. But it impacts positively customer minds. All customers like good hospitality. And another thing is they didn't want to provide airport transfer service. They had to show voucher as proof that the facility had included. It was disgusting.

Overall good stay. Food is awesome, specially biryani. Staff always eager to serve you. Enjoyed comfortable and safe stay.

Hotel room was nicely decorated and cleaned. Bathroom was nice also, hot water was available in the bathroom. 42 inch big screen led TV had in the room. Overall five stars!

Location is very good Gulshan, Banani, Vasundhara and Dhaka international Airport are very near to you. Excellent!

Service was good. Bathroom too dark less light. Bed very hard gave me back pain
