Hotel Ornate

Location : good food : good room quality: good, spacious. Cleanliness : very good. Stuff behaviour : excellent. Especially, mr. Fad ma-mun, front office manager is really a professional hospitality personnel. Areas to be improved : 1. The options for complementary breakfast is wide but has repeated same items almost everyday. Overall impression : value for money for a business accomodation.

Staff behaviour was very good. They also provide indian food. It's situated at the heart of dhaka city.

Everything was excellent including breakfast. I would also recommend for very good locations. Basically neat and clean hotel as well

I have not at all been convinced by the service. The room was too small and the lighting affected me very badly. Dinner is served till 10:30 pm which i believe is not fair because my work sometime ended after 11 pm.

Hotel is not good & facilities also not good. Ac was not working, food is not good, don't stay hotel, room is very small

Staff is good but restaurant peoples are not coperative, ac was old and not cooling room properly need fan for better sleep

Location is very good. But non-professional attitude and very poor rooms service. Room also very small. Breakfast average.

I have booked at advance payment after that there charges money 4500 inr from me they said we have not received money you have to pay. And very poor service and worst hotel. Very bad experience.

I'de stay the hotel for front desk staff mr. Hussain because his behaviour was very nice.

At the time of booking, I was informed room tariff but at reception they claimed a different amount. So, we obliged to shifted ourselves on next day morning.

Superb hotel, many thanks to MakeMyTrip to, for excellent rate for me. Booking is so faster and smoother always to me.

It's a small but cozy place. Guys at front desk were simply great. Quite cooperative and decent. It's pretty clean with all basic amenities. Only thing the management needs to upgrade, is the food menu. Stayed as a 'half boarder'; got a pathetic and monotonous selection of food everyday. However, would surely like to re-book my stay here, in my next visit.

No variety for vegetarian food, even breads to use foe toast are egg spread.

No veg breakfast available except juices and raw cucumber carrot n fruit. Waste of money
