Everything from check-in to check out was a quick process. The staff at reception is very warm and welcoming. They have coffee tea and juice machine available 24 x 7 for guest's near the reception (I guess this is because they don't have kettle in the room) but a good idea. The room is really good considering the budget. Overall I had a good stay.
Big room and good anytime coffee

Its at a good location and not too far from Schoenbrunn. We had a car so can’t comment on public transport accessibility. Parking like any other big city in Europe is definitely a worry, we may prefer train or flying the next time. Hotel provides free coffee all through day and night which is of good taste. Perfect for short stays.
