Lasserhof Salzburg

The hotel location is good as it is quite close to salzburg station. Room was ok clean and neat. But the staff at the hotel a big problem. Practically no staff at the hotel. If u ask for plates or anything from the hotel be prepared to carry it yourself. Reception staff was unaware of local area, as in from where we can procure essentials. If u are english speaking then chances to communicate with staff become more difficult.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and people at reception were really nice and friendly. Guided us with major attractions and actually made it convenient for us by giving all travel tips. Restaurant staff needs to learn about customer service.

Hotel is close the the main Station. Nice cozy room however little on the expensive Side

We stayed for 4 nights in Salzburg and our hotel was close to the train station and walking distance to the city center as well. The hotel was value for money. Not great nor bad. Breakfast was limited but I didn't mind that but they had some problem giving us boiled eggs even though they had in kitchen and we wanted for our baby. Only 1 day we could manage to get.
Good bed size. Didn't changed our bed sheets.

The only good thing was proximity to the train station and air conditioning. Rooms are very small. 20mins walk to the city centre. Breakfast is ok. Had booked room for 2 adults and an infant but had issues during check in.

Decent stay, close to the main railway station and a relatively acceptable breakfast for the room rate rendered. It has a cute boutique style layout and storage facility that can help if you need to sight see leaving your bags behind even if you have checked out.

Hotel is very close to the railway station. Some 300m walk. Have buses also to go to the city centre. Room was OK.. Not bad.. Got twin beds.. Room with good air conditioning TV and balcony.. Toilets were clean and good. Even minibar was there.. Free breakfast was good and included lot of items. Staff were polite and helped us in taking printouts also. Overall a good hotel, but still price on the higher side I feel.

Very convenient to reach hotel from main railway station. Hotel staff is very friendly and co-operative. Food quality in breakfast is average. Since we are vegetarian options were very limited. A budget hotel for short stay.

Location is good. 5 min walk from Salzburg main station. We could walk with our luggage quite easily. Mirabel garden is also 5 to 7 min walk. Old. Staircase and Lift at first mid landing level. We have to pull the luggage few steps. Could be difficult if luggage is heavy. Breakfast average and adequate. Guy at reception was quite helpful. A good restaurant is just in front of hotel. We could get very good vegetarian food. Overall, however at that rate (discounted through Makemytrip) it is value for money. Shekhar

Good location. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Great value for money. There can be more improvement in the way the reception tries to explain about the highlights of the city. The viw of the road from our room was nice. Hotel is located very near to the railway station.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Located just opposite the railway station, it's on the main road, but the windows have good sound proofing. Just walking distance to the mirabell palace and a very neat breakfast. Will definitely visit once again. The reception counter has all the tickets and passes for salzburg, so it's very easy and that too at no additional cost.

Lasserhof Hotel has the worst staff. I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. They do not care about the guests of the hotel and will not go even an inch out of their way to help out guests. Rooms were dirty and AC did not work for an entire day.

Basic hotel but good overall gives you feel of small town European cottage. Staff was courteous and helpful. WiFi is amazing and free. It is pretty close by to city and river. Food is not available inside but good restaurants in vicinity. Breakfast was basic but fresh.
