I made a booking for the pastor officiating at my son’s wedding. However, within 20 minutes I was told he had been given accommodation elsewhere.
I rang the hotel immediately and asked what could be done and the gentleman on the phone said “you can change your date as long as you do it by May 28th”
That sounded fine and I was waiting for GD to have some flights confirmed so dang back on the venting of May 28.
It was extremely difficult to understand the girl on the phone and I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying several times due to a heavy accent. Finally she told me there were no notes on the booking and that it had been recorded as a no show.
I asked what could be done and she told me to speak to the manager the next day. As I work the hours of contact were unsuitable so I requested an email contact and used that.
I did not get a response during the day so then rang the following morning at 7am. The phone redirected me several times then asked me to leave a message and someone would call me back. No option to speak to a human at all.
I then found an alternative email address on their website and used it. I still have not received a response and as my May 28 deadline has long passed I suspect I can write of my $119
What I do know is I won’t consider booking with them again or suggesting them to others because clearly the reservations team are not doing their job.

Great for short stay
We stayed here,as we had an early flight home to Canada. It was perfect, with Flat screen TV, shower, bathroom, tea making facilities, and Queen sized bed.
Hotel has a lobby bar, shuttle to airports, dining facilities and 10 minute walk, from domestic airport. Shuttle,to international. We found service good, staff friendly.

Wouh… bit of a shock
Rooms are supertiny, there is no drinking water provided, no possibility to make tea, the sockets didn’t work so no possibility to charge your phone, etc. Breakfast not to talk about. Not a place I would necessarily return to.

Budget doesn’t begin to descri....
Have never experienced worse customer service from staff in my life. Checked in and all seemed fine. Went for a shower a few hours later and found black hairs all over the wall. Towel had a dirty mark also. Decided to speak to reception. Was given the option to move room. As I had unpacked I was not keen to. But eventually agreed. Went to new room. Which was an “upgrade”. There were 5 flies crawling all over this bathroom. Decided to keep old room. Managed to speak to reception and the gentleman Abby who was on accused me of lying as we checked in at 1pm and came to speak to them at 5/6. Advised Abby that I don’t check into a hotel then spend my time making sure it’s clean. I assume as I’ve paid for a clean new room that’s what I’ll receive. My mistake. In future it’ll be the first thing I do so that I don’t have to hear “ I mean, I’m not calling you a liar, but most people check the room when they check in and come let us know at that point”
I work in a hotel myself back in Scotland. I’ll try that line out next time a guest has a problem and see how it goes!
Also tried to explain to Abby that as I am pregnant and have a flu, that a clean room was very important to me. Instead was made to feel like a liar. Didn’t go to have a showe until hours later as I was just resting on the bed trying to feel better for my flight the next early morning. Wanted to speak to someone when we checked out but the man on reception never came out of the office. So Just used the express check out. Thanks Ibis.
