Very noisy stay even in private room

It has curfew post 11 pm but still students party all week, all night and the authorities are ignorant about it. No phone charging, mind in the rooms. Pretty disgusting kitchen and fridge. The free food and beer pong was very disrupting to students. In the name of networking, they just throw beer on each other. The blower in the bathroom was not functional for all the time I was there and still none bothered. Hotel on China street and the chef cook very smelly and rotten food.
