Good rooms and good service. The property is placed at the centre connectivity to train, bus and tram is under 7 mins

The check in checkout were smoothly handled and cleaning services were really good. Did not try the food but they were reasonably priced from what i saw. Had all the required amenities

Rooms are spacious and well equipped, well located. The hotel is no longer novotel, we actually checked into the sydney central hotel when the confirmation was for novotel

Taken over by ascot t group. Its not a novotel. But a good hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a central location

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance from the central railway station as well as darling harbour. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the buffet breakfast was very good!

It's been great with novotel hotel in sydney central. The staff was good and polite. They have a beautiful pool area and gym with all equipment.

New to this kind of experience, the staff was friendly made me feel at ease and comfortable. The venue is clean, and is perfect for relaxing on your own, clearing your head or having some time with friends to relax. Highly recommended and will visit again. My kid was very happy

Very ordinary hotel with poor facilities and unhelpful hotel staff No way close to 5 star hotel. Room was dirty. Windows facing to building with balconies. Very smelly place. Hotel staff not ready to help

Rooms were spacious with 2 queen size bed... Ideal for family... Location of this hotel is very good... Very near to central station... We could find many restaurants nearby.. Also darling harbour was just a walk away..
