there's no room service. Reception executive was not only discourteous but didn't extended any help. Their is no parking, even short parking facilities in front of hotels and taxi drivers hesitate to pickup from hotel. it is better to sleep on bench on road than Hotel airport

soloHotel was locked when i arrived at night. I have asked them previously whether any problem if i will be late after 10:00 p. M. Then they confirmed me that they will send everything in email. I did not get any email. They did not send. I had to wait at outside the hotel for 10 minutes. Having made the phone, the security came and opened the gate then only i entered the hotel and also, in the room there was no bath towel, i arrived there after my long journey. To ask anything, nobody was there to attend. Pls be careful while you at night
