The room was very cosy and also very big one to accommodate a family of 4 to 5 persons. So i can say that one should stay in this hotel. Also, the distance of beach and transportation from this hotel was walkable.

Rooms are made for 3-4yr old kids they are that small.

The location of the hotel was good. 15 minutes walk to surfer's paradise. The hotel room carpet had a smell every time we entered the room. We had to air the room out. There was no mini bar or snacks in the room, we would have to go down. We did request for a room change but were not obliged. The utensils provided were not clean, we had to rinse the same.

Good decent stay very close by to the Tram station - North surfer paradise at walking distance of 3 mins.

Well located place, Hotel staff are very cooperative and always ready to help. Good place to stay.

Hotel looks little shady, location is not that good. But if you want to stay in budget its fine.

Please check with hotel before you book. Either you book directly or don't book. Because, what you boom and what they would provide is very different. Though location was fine and pool was also decent, but cleaning staff was not available on time and our room was unclean for 2 straight days out of 3 days stay.

Very discourteous staff. When we asked to get check-in around 12 PM they kept us waiting while rooms were vacant. They were very discourteous and almost shouting at us. Moreover, for a couple, they provided us twin bedroom without informing us. Room was very average with cracks in walls

It was an awesome trip. The location is near the surfers paradise. The beach is approx 250 meter from the hotel. The staff is good and friendly. Overall good value for money hotel. Rooms were clean and only lacks small cooking stove.

Great rooms and services. Nice and sweet staff. Close to trams and bus stands. One can see ocean from the balcony from one side and pool from the other(if you are taking an ocean view room). 10-15 mins walk to the beach and market.

We stayed for only 1 night. Had a nice stay. There are no porters hence you have to carry your luggage yourself. We stayed in suite which was good. We have separate drawing room with kitchen. They provided us with microwave and kettle to prepare food along with cutlery. Hotel has swimming pool. Overall, a nice stay.
