Pleasant enough room for a short stay

Room itself was very comfortable with enough room very comfortable bed and pillows large tv and individually controlled a/c. Bathroom is very small. Coffee machine was pathetic and should be replaced with a better model. No one told us that you have to swipe your key card in the lift or it won't stop at your floor so we traveled up and down several times before another lift user showed us how to work things. IMO we should have been told at reception. Apart from that, all staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would definitely stay there again if we do another show at Jupiters.
