we got khaman..in breakfast.. which was perfect in taste.. other day idli..that is,also...Good.. location is,perfect awesome vibe

Checkin was not at all smooth, we reached on time but room was not ready. It was given to us 40 mins late. Certainly not expected from such a big brand. Room was really nice with a perfect ocean view as expected. Breakfast was below average, not much veg options

The hotel with the brand name doesn’t justify with property. The property is not upto the mark and is not even 4 star. Bed was broken, staff is not cordial, food is just ok. Its just cashing upon the location. So if you want to stay at a location and can compromise the property, you can go with it.

not on the shore. there is a confusion on entry and parking for a new visitor. lucky there is one indian dish in breakfast every morning. lot of Indians come to the hotel. cheaper when compared to all others.

Pathetic service and worst rooms, front end staff at reception are very rude , I will never go to Novotel ever again

The property location is two mins walk from light rail Cavil Avenue. The staff was very friendly and had excellent amenities. Overall a 5star rating to the hotel

The location of the property was very good but the service was very bad they don’t have courtesy specially for breakfast and the staff is very rude would not suggest for clients who would like a good service in the hotel for real fast specifically

Very good location and hospitality, good food but bathroom size is little small.

A. Xcellent location; good rooms with good reception by arzoo ( very pleasant check in ) and housekeeping by dona ( very efficient ) beach, trams, buses, shopping mall all next door. B. No drinking water provided which is painful on check in day; glass divider of shower cubicle too small so water keeps on flooding the bathroom. Ajay chaudhry

Internet not working. Compliant about the issue, but no action taken. Also complain to make my trip, they didn’t take action. Breakfast was good on first day only. Rooms are not upto the mark.

The location was xcellent, right next to the happening place on surfers paradise. The metro stop was just 100m. From the hotel. The hotel has nice views and service was, good

Location was central, amenities were also very good. Service was superb, the staff was really considerate of their guests and their needs. The food options in in-room dining were limited for vegetarians. But plenty of food places around to eat.

Excellent view. And good sized rooms. But pantry would be recommended. We had 2 adjoining rooms for family. And internal connecting door would have been great. Few rooms can be done this way during renovation. Also washing machine, dinning. Pantry can be added to family rooms

The property is okay. The welcome was good. Lifts are not to the mark. Had to wait for 10-15 mins every time

1) coles in nearby so bring water bottles and other eating stuff. 2) bows is nearby so you can get the hard drinks you want. 3) beautiful beach 2 min walk. 4) take breakfast next to the beach avoid booking with breakfast room. 5) good indian restaurants options.

Should have people to help with the luggage during late and early hours as well

Rooms were too small and a bit old and needs refurbishment. Breakfast was good

Pool was good. Centrally located. Value for money.

Had an awesome experience with great ocean view from the room and amazing breakfast. It is very near to the beach.
