Review Of The Cedrus Resort.

Language is the barrier to communicate but their staff are well to understand and provide the facilities that we wanted on time. Especally their delicious food for dinner was very nice.

Very bad service, staff is not professional enough, only interested in tips. Food was pathetic. The room has no heater, we were left in shivering cold. Even hot water doesn't come properly.

Rooms were poorly maintained, sanitation was poor. Dinner served was very bad. Only one staff was managing from cleaning room to serving food.

Hotel Cedrus Resort is a mini paradise situated amidst the natural beauty. The staff is really cooperative and helpful. What appealed me most was the attitude of the manager who daily assured our safety By personally talking on phone to us. He arranged for us the cab also promptly. For sight seeing. The staff is friendly and helpful with pleasing nature.

Staff is support very much, sunrise and sunset are both awesome and location is very good. Feel like a special place.

The only thing which was good was the room boy who was very hospitable. Toilet was not clean. Room was good. The manager was so rude where he need to call the manager to check whether they provide complimentary breakfast which was included in the package. Location was near the railway track and could here the sound of trains frequently which disturbed the sleep. The boy was so good that he helped to reach airport as well.

Ultimate location, rooms are good, humble staff, good food, over all a good property.

Great hotel to stay, good food.

The hotel's location was poor, it is situated in a village sort of area. The hotel's staff was arrogant and we were not even provided with the basic necessities like drinking water. No welcome drinks were served, no toiletries, extremely dirty and unhygienic washroom, bed sheets and curtains were dirty, food was not served on time and was tasteless. All in all we had an extremely bad experience staying there. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would request MakeMyTrip to remove this hotel from their list.

The room was good but no hot water available in bathroom. We kept asking for hot water and they kept making excuses. More television channels should be provided, very few were available. They charged us too much cost for a airport cab but it was only 3 kilometers away. We asked for breakfast in the morning, it was almost 8 AM but kitchen was not open. Very unprofessional staff.

Rude staff

Stayed for a night. Hotel is nice, located in residential area, near airport. Perhaps not the best location for a tourist as you don't have anything to do once you reach hotel. Rooms were well appointed. Services were limited. Just two people managing everything (might be one off occasion) from reception to serving food. They tried hard to make our stay pleasant. Just an average experience.

It's a new hotel so the infrastructure is very good and cleanliness is superb . Location is very silent and peaceful as the hotel is located in an residential area . Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities. Staff is very cooperative and the food is delicious.
