The serene river-facing view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always smiling, making the stay even more comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The hotel is centrally located, pretty much in the centre of the city. The service was quick and the rooms were well equipped.

Electricity is not avail 6-7 hours and the hotel is changy hotel into other hotel that is also very 3rd poor class hotel that experiance is very very bed for me , there was expire fire cylenders but hotel is not good i need help for refund and Ministry of Tourism i have suffer with my family there is not electricity and then the hotel is shifting me other hotel there is road closd and that hotel owner is telling me you should complaint in mmt and i will approved your refund and that moment i am standing on road with my wife and small 3years opd baby girl at road and he tell me i cant do any thing i had not responsible about all this things so refund my amount ..

Location is really good, Need to enhance service. Power backup is not good enough. And also washrooms are not up to the mark

The property was good. Very near to Lal Chowk, Dal lake, shankracharya temple and many gardens as well. Also the view from the window early most is very pleasant.

The staff is super helpful and very polite the accommodation is good with great view from the window especially in the morning during sunrise it can be better with more cleaning

Location was good, rooms was not upto the mark. Cleanliness was not der. intercom was not working. mobile was not answerable and many other issues as well

It is a terrible stay.No one to take care of the guests.Reception is without staff most of the time. TV,Intercom do not work.Toiletries are not provided. Towel and Bed linens are not changed. No lift to reach third floor. No one should go to this Hotel.Food quality in the breakfast and dinner is average and very limited varieties.

third class support & as actual Lamzay parimal resort room is dirty please change 3/04/25 hotel.... for shrinagar . I'm corporate MNC company members...

The hotel location is perfect. In the middle of a shopping market. They have rooms having jhelum river view. The rooms are very big and clean. Staffs are very polite and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

just i search the rating and price affordable. the hotel was good after that food was excellent stay was wonderful to families with safety

The service was very good and the staff was very helpful. Everybody was very polite and the food was delicious. The stay was very comfortable as we were provided with a heatpad and blowers in the rooms. The location was extravagant, we could see the Jhelum river right out of our rooms’ windows. The washrooms were also well maintained. The staff suggested us tourist places.
