Comfortable stay, location was gem and staff is very very helpful and friendly. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset from your window. Proper hygiene and very clean rooms and yes always hot water is life saving in Kashmir.

This is an excellent hotel with a perfect location. I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and cooperative. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were up to the mark. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I had an amazing stay at this hotel.The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I especially loved the quick service and attention to detail.I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to stay here again.

The hotel didn’t have electricity. When I asked at the reception, they said the power wasn’t coming and told me to wait. Even after 3–4 hours, the electricity didn’t come back, and they didn’t turn on the generator either, saying it doesn’t work. They were also asking for extra charges to use the AC, and they didn’t provide the amenities that were promised.”

the stay was great as the hotel was clean and at a good location. the room was spacious and the view was very beautiful. good amenities were provided.

There wasn't electricity half the time of the stay. Breakfast was only to liking on the last day of the stay. Services were suboptimal owing to the manpower with only a manager and attendant for the entire property.

This Hotel doesn't have a name board,is located in a bustee,rooms are small,full of mosquitoes,rooms are dirty and smelly and hotel is located away from the road and you have to walk 3-4 minutes with all luggages in dark road. There's no Dining facilities and room has to be brought from a roadside dhaba. I couldn't stay here for more than 30 minutes

No parking place. Hotel Board not displayed. Main Gate was locked at the time of visit. No cleanliness. It was a waste of money.

Hotel Lake Resort is an excellent hotel. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Dal Lake, and the famous Shankaracharya Temple is clearly visible from the front side of the hotel. The hospitality here is truly outstanding, and the staff deserves special appreciation — especially Mr. Naseer, who is extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. It is truly one of the best places to stay

Rooms were different then what was showed in the picture. As well as delayed response for room service. Staff was not present at reception

It was mixed 1st day they have provided some random room which was not at all mentioned anywhere so i did not do the check in and i did check in on 2nd day and they provided the room which they have shown in images
