Worst place to stay with family. Staff doesn't pay attention. Very unhygienic rooms towels bathrooms.

My Experience Pros - Hotel’s location is very good. It is in walking distance from TRC Bus Stand, if someone is travelling by bus. It’s own restaurant is famous for food. You can take an evening walk to Dal lake Ghat which is just 2-3 km away. Cons- Laundry service was mentioned in amenities for our room. But when approached for it they told it is paid and 100₹ per cloth. They must mention it clearly in their amenities section.

We book 2 sleeper seats but your maheshwari travel provide 2 sleeper why they doing on booking time they will showing seats for our choice but the time of travel as per his convince its my very bad experience. We booked single single sleeper for 2 seats but they provided double sleeper why doing on booking time they provide chooes your seat but the time of travel they provide seat as per his convenience it's very bad experience for my side. Dear team what happened my room booking in hotel universal himalayan srinager checking date 24th april checkout 25th april my breakfast included tha or ya-ha they asking me charges of breakfast why they doing fake comitment to customers

Worst of the worst hotel of mmt. No water in room as offered in mmt, bedsheet was used one along with quilt. Potty seat was having drop op urine, tv was not working, no breakfast was available at hotel, they confirmed that we don’t provide breakfast, but mm t charged me. Most surprising was that person who cleaned my toilet was serving food at lunch at their restaurant gulab.

Room was make up properly. No bathroom slippers was provided cabel tv was not working, despite asking no arrangement was done. Floor of the room was not clean. There was ashtray in the room with ciggerate buds. Bathroom drain was not cleaned, water was accumulated during shower. Thanks. Room was'nt make up properly
