I booked a honeymoon package in this hotel, they don't even provide welcome drinks or complimentary breakfast. room had no privacy , a totally pathetic experience, never expected from make my trip app

1. Location is 200 mtr incorrectly tagged in diff direction on g map 2. The hotel location is ordinary, in a place like kashmir-heaven on earth where there can't b a bad location 3. Our biggest sorrow : the service is squarely pathetic. Dinner was served half past 9, room service non exist-ant etc etc. The working staff (mudassar n bisharat) is actually decent but the owner/management were inhospitable n won't move their backside one inch in the current busy period when staff is hiving to run around like rabbit. 4. Food which got cooked was decent but again no options. Request for every basic food items like paratha, papad etc was turned down

Ekdum bakwaas hotel, not any staf, no anyone at reception, no any cooking staf. Electric problem each and every hour. Not mobil charge. Food quality ekdum bakwaas. Muje surprise lag a ki es-aka google rating achcha kyun hai. Never try again.
