Hotel The Victory

I just visited hotel victory,and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and arrogant — their standard response to most requests was simply “No.” Basic amenities were missing: no shower gel, body wash, or even basic soap. When I requested the AC to be turned on, I was told, “You are the only guest in the hotel, we cannot switch it on for you.” Despite multiple calls to reception (answered only after 4–5 attempts), the staff rudely replied, “Zyada mat bolo, AC on nahi hoga.” I was staying with my newborn, and we had to suffer through the entire night sweating without AC. The next morning, I requested curd for breakfast. Initially, they said it would be sent, but later they outright refused, claiming they didn’t have any. When I again asked for shower gel or soap, they denied it, saying they provide shampoo for body wash instead. Only after I confronted them did the owner intervene and provide shower gel — something that should have been available from the start. This kind of service and attitude is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. Guests deserve basic courtesy, comfort, and essential amenities. ⸻ Would you like me to make it more formal and complaint-like (for tagging the hotel/management) or more casual and warning-like (to alert fellow travelers)?

It was an excellent stay for the night. very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Room was very spacious. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. Overall value for money if you want to stay at this hotel.

Property is little inside and not on the main road. Staff was good, but service was above average. Food has less variety and not that good.

Rooms are specious, wash room are neat & clean, property is very maintained. . . They also provide room decoration. .

Tv was not working in room, intercom was not working, during stay no staff come to clean room during two day stay

Over all experience was good would recommend to stay as proper hygiene is maintained and room are good and very clean.

It was good. Rooms are clean and nice and big. No heater ac in summers. Bathrooms are good. Geyser 24 *7 5. 5k is rate you can get better if you try like firdous or stay villa etc
