familyI have booked room for 3 people and the hotel staff denied to give extra matress for 1 people as the double bed was so small we can't get fit.

The staff was rude. Rooms are bad. Also the picture of rooms is different in actual rooms are bad. We have booked deluxe room 4 they said only 3 deluxe rooms are available. After lot of argument they gave the 4th deluxe room. Also, for every work their employees asking for tip. The manager of this hotel was not good at all. Will never recommend this hotel for family trip.

There was urine marks on the bed. When i asked them to change the room. Hotel staff asked me- why i didn’t booked ac room. There was one word for their behavior- batameez. I instantly cancel-led my reservation
