Nice experience nice peaceful atmosphere nice view from the hotel must visit

For burget travelers hotel is best otherwise you want some luxury or good experience go with another one

Hotel condition is very poor. Basic amenities is not available. Washroom is very dirty and wash basin is not available.

Verry bad service and behaviour not safe for girl and scam to much and verry bad language like abuse

Condition of rooms are very bad. The person who is managing the property is rude. Although daily two boat rides are complimentary because there is no other way to go out to the road from the hotel, the person sometime decline or make you wait for 40mins.

Took Rs.3000 more as the room shown was very bad

Walls of the hotel are cracked and there is only one way to reach the hotel that is through boat. We have to wait hours for boat and there was no tv no food facility. Hotel staff was very rude.

The hotel is located in an island in Dal lake, 200 metres from Ghat 15 entrance. Hotel staffs take the guests to and fro the hotel and ghat, wait time varies from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hour depending on their availability. Service is not very great. Everything is average and 1200/- per night for standard room is more or less same for this type of accomodation in srinagar.

First of all, did not specify anywhere the exact location of hotel and to reach there, guests need boat across Daal lake. Secondly,many more facilities and amenities were mentioned as hotel property which are not real like room heater, mirror, cupboard etc. Only thing I must admit and appreciate , the quality service and behaviour of the caretaker Bashir Bhat..he is very friendly,helpfull and sincere. I also need to mention,local Ladies staying at hotel premises are very ill mannered and indecent towards the guests.

It's unhygienic hotel and their staffs are non supportive and rud behavior. Food was very poor, costly and dirty service.

I didn't stay after seeing terrible place i left that place you are requested to refund my payment I had book another hotel whatever shown in picture it quite different

Nice property situated on the main highway on sonamarg family room was clean and nice view direct view on thajwas glicer view mudasir manager was cooperative and helpful good manner overall it's good experiance

Very good and polite people staff they also provide boat from ghat no 15 to hotel its feel like shikara

worst property plz don't go there there is no window for toilet and doors there is no heating facility here hotel person behave like very rude Even though without stay we given 10000/- for hotel they are Robber make my trip also cheat us more like fake picture of hotel
