Worst. Waste of money

Place was very dirty and unhygienic. Very dirty. There was no light. Fan not working at all. Bathroom were dirty

- location is not good, neither resort not houseboat, - shikara is the only resource to travel from dal road to resort and resort to dal road which taker longer then usual - there is no ventilation in room - rooms are non ac - good thing is owner is nice - staff is nice

We are booked 2 rooms in dal view resort but take us another location when we ask about booking they take us for another location which was not actual location we talk to person name Nazir who misguide us again n again after that he take us kashmir dal view and he said the property booked by you is costly so that's why we can't provide this.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. View is amazing. Loved the stay.

It was totally a fraudulent mmts part, the stay i selected was shown as a hotel/resort but in reality it was a house boat, that too in a very terrible condition. The amount i paid for this stay could’ve easily given me a stay in a good 3-4 star property. Really disappointed with make my trip. Never again booking from this

Was not provided room

Staff at resort is helpful and well behaved. Cook is a gentleman and his preparations are very good. Javed is a supportive person. Value worth money.

We have booked 2 rooms but they have only 1 room available i have called mmt team also but didn't get any solution as we have reached very tired travel-ling from katra we have kids with us also. We all 7 person stayed in a single room only 3 person can sleep on bed and rest of other person spent their night in carpet with blanket it's my big mistake i have booked threw mm t i have booked my entire trip with mm t but it's my blender mistake

Very poor property

The service was good but room was not as deluxe and they didn't provide any room heater or warm blanket. So we faced a lot of problem in night time and next time I will not book any hotel from makemytrip because they didn't informed properly about their guest. I have booked deluxe room but initially they gave me normal standard room. After discussing they gave me little better room but it's not deluxe. I supposed to stay one more night in that resort but left because we got cold during night in room. I will ask all my friends not to book from makemytrip. I saw that Aiport pick up was free but driver took Rs. 600 from me and food was so costly in Dal View Resort.

Location not good for family. Power failure frequently. No view from any room. Not got hot water a single time. Rooms are too small. You can hear noise from other room. It is not a hotel and not a houseboat. Food no choice.

No friendly atmosphere. Bathroom condition & facility was bad. Food was not according to our menu & our taste. The owner of houseboat has been forced to grabbed Rs.2000 from us while scratched one of his sofa leg when I am enjoyed my drink on 9/6/14 evening. This has made my entire trip spoiled & gave me bad experience about these kind of thugs.

Need exponential upliftment to charge such tariff.

Hospitality was very good. Staff was very co-operative. Decor of the room need to be improved.

It was wonderful stay, all staff are very cooperative even the owner of this hotel was available for any help. I appreciate their cooperation and quality of service. It was very cold but all staff was available to us for any kind of need. Rate is very reasonable.

The room was not having basic facility of Inter Comm. Every time the guest is required to go down for service. Toilet room was not having handle. Even though paid for extra bed, at first we were given plain rajai for sleeping in cold weather. Thereafter, we went down to the office for proper beds. At last, we were given dun lop beds. Staffs are not well trained. There is lot of room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is great.
