I was not given the same hotel which I booked as the hotel was overbooked and was shifted to some other hotel for the first night. The next morning I was given another hotel where I had to pay for breakfast which by the way was included in my booking. It was a terrible experience for me and the family. Won't be making any further bookings . The hotels you have added are not genuine.

Location is not good - it's in interior lanes and there are no shops in walking distance. Unless you have your own conveyance, it's very inconvenient. The plus points are : supportive staff, clean rooms, clean bathroom, electric blankets to keep you warm. Breakfast is limited. toiletries are almost non existent just a small soap and shampoo pouch. so carry your own things. even shaving kit was not available on asking. rooms are very small. we stayed in room number 101 which had good Sunlight most of the day time. We selected this hotel by seeing good rating, and paid Rs 4600 per day. the same was available at 2900 or so on other sites

The room was tidy, and the stay was hassle-free, good value for money. Just checked out, the bed was cozy, and the staff was nice.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days, it is quite far from the main touristy spots, so one can just stay here to rest for a while away from the crowd. The view from the room is peaceful but the food is not that great, there are very few items in breakfast, no lunch and just a dish or two in dinner available. All the other food stalls, dhaba are minimum at a distance of 1km walking, we had to do that for lunch. The staff was less cooperative in some cases, for instance, the check out mentioned booking was 11:00 am but they insisted on us checking-out at 10:00 am. The services can be better at the hotel.

Clean rooms, an open balcony dinning area, lush green flower laden lawn, decent and cooperative manager and the staff along with delicious and fresh meals makes my stay at this hotel a wonderful stay.
