Review Of Hotel Aqeeq Towers Srinagar

We stayed here for 4 nights in oct'23. Out of 6 people 3 got upset stomach having there food. Mutton was undercooked, they don't know to simply boil the potato properly. Warm water in toilet was hardly warm enough, performance of heater in the room was not adequate. Hardly i find anything to mention positively about this hotel

It was nice staff. Staff was humble and friendly. There is a little issue of peaking but the same can be overall ignored as hotel staff manages it nicely.

Whatever you do please do not book in this hotel. Mm t team should blacklist it immediately. Terrible service, no room heater basically there is blower which gives you sort of warm feeling. If you ask for room heater they will straight say no. If there is no electricity other than couple of lights nothing will work, not even electric kettle. We were travel-ling with kids & elderly and when asked for additional blanket, answer is no. There are multiple items in the menu card but only 10% of them are available. Breakfast menu & food taste is awful starting from sabudana to non-existent tea. Funny part is at the time of checkout they charged 2% extra for card payment and denied invoice.

Food and hygiene of excellent standards

Good people. Good chef & great taste of food. Need to improve lot on serving food in buffet & la carte. Some time waiter serve in insulting way"ho gaya aapka- chalo khaooo" and same time they are eating own food. How to manage hygiene. Sorry for these.
