Facilities were insufficient, the bathrooms were very dirty, the bedding & pillow covers were also dirty

"My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, which made the experience even more comfortable. The food was fresh, delicious, and very well served. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

It's good for the location movement for travellers to reach Dal lake & Shri Shankaracharya Temple , great ambiance and room service with delicious food.

Hotel location is superb, every thing available at next step. Hotel front road is too wide (might be 50 ft+) and tourist cab is easily available at Hotel visinity.

no water at the check in after that no service of any kind no light no fan no ac i am not recommending this hotel pls don't opt and 10 percent extra charge for serving food in room

Nice location to stay , Neat and clean Room, Good hospitality and the best thing about this hotel is that Dal lake is just 10 min from the hotel. Easy to get local transport from this location.

This hotel has nothing except their good and well behaved staff. I booked one deluxe room at least 3 months before my travel and paid per night. But when I reached the hotel they allotted a small room on the ground floor which was pathetic. Upon complaining to the manager they shifted us to another room on the 1st floor which was comparatively better. But the amenities and room quality was not all up to the mark as compared to the cost. The pictures shown are very misleading. The breakfast menu was very limited and the food quality was average. The location of the hotel was good, in the market area.

The bed had hair all over. It was literally so disgusting. It was all over the pillow cases, the bedsheet and the blanket as well . It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. There were literally no towels, no glasses, no food menu. The stay was so bad
