Hotel Royal Batoo

The breakfast is boring and the toileteries are not kept fresh. View from window of room 4004 opens to a blank wall. Only the front arrival hall looks good. Kitchen and restaurant are worthless.

Nice hotel for family but washrooms are small, need to improve food quality

Location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Seemed to be a favorite choice of travel agents as we saw many from thomas cook package and the likes. Food is average. Nothing extraordinary. All in all you could go for it. Wifi is not very good. Though you could just manage to get the signals

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Neat and clean. The staff are very well mannered and very helpful. The restaurant is very good.

Hotel royal batoo is good. But it's all gadgets are very old. It needs refurbishment. Behaviour of desk staffs are very stiff. Not so cooperative. Breakfast arrangement is very chaotic.

The place was not maintained at all. The room and bathroom was dirty. Have taken pictures for proof. In-spite of contacting the property they did not help. We wanted to extend our stay for couple of nights in-spite of the flaw since we had traveled for the last 7 days. But the management stated that the property is sold out.

a nice and comfortable hotel, with the standard comforts expected.. good value for money. very helpful and ever smiling hotel staff.. breakfast spread is good. if they could include more local flavour options in their meals then i would have upgraded my rating. good location too. for the price a nice and comfortable hotel i will recommend to people

The room was good, warm and clean. We were getting hot water trough-out our stay. Much needed during cold weathers. The tv in my room had issues and the picture was not clear. Nothing else

Rooms are in good condition. Food is nice. Only problem is electricity. However, they make arrangement with generator.

As such the hotel is in lane so you dont get any view of the lake but its at a walking distance from the lake. I was given a room on 2 nd floor and the room was very small however my other family members got a room on 3 rd floor and those rooms were better and spacious than my room. The hotel was clean and tidy but i guess the charges are really high. One can get better rooms on a property with a better view.

Centrally located, one of the best hotel to stay. Food quality with variety is good in taste. Staff is so cooperative and gave excellent service and very instantly, promptly. Rooms are beautiful with best interior. Room and bed heater is good. We like all the things. In Srinagar stay it means only Hotel Royal Batoo.

Service is extraordinary good. In case of any shortcoming staff take it personally to satisfy the customer. Only one suggestion is to provide the packaged drinking water complimentary
