A particularly delightful feature was the heated beds—perfect for unwinding after a long day—and additional heaters were available upon request at a small extra cost. The bathrooms are spotless, and there’s always a steady supply of hot water, which is a great convenience. The service here is exceptional. The reception staff, in particular, are warm, courteous, and always eager to assist with a smile. They genuinely go out of their way to ensure every guest feels at home, which really sets this place apart. I’d highly encourage future guests to tip the service staff—it’s a small gesture that can truly brighten their day. The food was excellent as well—flavorful and perfectly prepared, offering something for everyone’s palate. Another highlight is the ample parking space, a luxury many Hotel Welcome Residencys in the area don’t provide. Additionally, the location is ideal—INOX is just around the corner, and Lal Chowk is conveniently located about 3 km away. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. This Hotel Welcome Residency provides not only comfort and great amenities but also outstanding hospitality. I would definitely come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice rooms with all required furnishings. Bathroom as hot water but not on demand, mostly available during morning hours, in other times you have to call them to turn the geyser on. Food is available but price is on the higher side. The location is far away grom Dal lake but not inconvenient. Room service is good but they ask for tip.

The Hotel Welcome Residency is located near many other big Hotel Welcome Residencys like Treebo and Lemontree. The rooms are good. Beds are warm. Room heater is available on request. We didn’t need in April. The restaurant in the Hotel Welcome Residency is very good. Food is tasty. Staff are courteous.

Hospitality of the staff were excellent. Being elderly couple they always. Took care of us. Food was excellent. Althoug little away from dal lake, they arranged transport at reasonable cost. Good value for money. T

Had a really comfortable stay at the Hotel Welcome Residency. The staff was really cooperative and we were travel-ling with a child so they even provided with the necessary items for our convenience. Loved it

Everything is good except the bathroom heater in my room. The second tub always fills with cold water only
