The location is good but the food , amenities and services are poor, the water supply was dirty and we had water poisoning and food poisoning as well,

I found the Rooms very clean and Comfortable. It's in close proximity to the airport so it was very easy to catch my early morning flight. Overall the manager and the Security guard were very cooperative.

Cordial and professional staff, specially ms. Aqsa and mr. Bashar. Wonderful dining facilities with excellent rooms.

Good location and clean room, well communication to all sightseeing but it is distance from all srinagar local seight seeing places.

This was the worst stay in my srinagar trip. The food was so tasteless and we have taken room with breakfast and in breakfast there was nothing first time i have seen that in breakfast there was only bread toast available the coffee was also not proper.

The stay was amazing along with the food. The staff was really cooperative. The rooms, washrooms were neat and clean. I am super impressed and would recommend this property to everyone

My stay was good in this hotel. It's located very near to the airport hardly 5 mts. Rooms were excellent. Food was okay okay. Staff were courteous

Room was decent, smelt like a new one. Staff were good. Hot water was an issue. A heater es not very effective

Rooms were not so good washroom was ok ok food was average staff was ok and cooperative morning breakfast was good
