Review Of Hotel Nehrus

Our stay at Hotel Nehrus, right in front of the beautiful Dal Lake, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Their good nature and friendly attitude made us feel completely at home. The food was simply awesome — every dish was freshly prepared and full of flavor. The best part is their in-house restaurant, where they happily cook anything you request on demand, and every single meal turned out delicious! We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room without any additional charges, giving us a stunning lake view and access to their peaceful garden area, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The view of the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset, is truly mesmerizing. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and scenic beauty. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Srinagar —

Nice location. behaviour of the hotel staff is very good. We enjoyed the stay. Only thing that needs to improove is the quality of food. It’s like punjabi style. Kashmiri style of cooking is far better which we miss in hotel Nehru. Otherwise everything is perfect

Room was fine, room view was awesome. We booked dal facing room. Breakfast was decent. What mad my experience was terrible was the drinking water. Not sure if they are using RO for water bottle refill because we literally found tiny living things floating in water which is a serious health hazard.

Worst hotel no proper rooms. Bathrooms are leaking wifi not working. Tv not working. After saying them multiple times for wifi they say that it will start working tomorrow but it was not working. Food has no taste. Bed are making sound. Rooms are not clean. No

terrible rooms, washrooms are not usable, average food but high price. this is not worthy. They have to work hard.

Location is good, rooms are ok. Breakfast is not up to the mark & not much of choices. Hotel staff is courteous

Staff and service is great, truly awsome. Mr salim personally takes care of guests and issues faced by them if any. Location is bang on the lake. But the hotel property needs a makeover. I believe some renovation is going on and it will be improved. But overall, i can stay at hotel nehrus on my next visit as well.

Location of the property is awesome. Behaviours of the staffs were very good. Housekeeping is required on daily basis. Room service should be provided more swiftly. More variation in complimentary breakfast wud be highly appreciated.

Great view of dal lake from room. Nice location. But no lift. Senior citizens do not book. No ceiling fan or ac in room. Very hot and stuffy. Avoid booking in summer. Provided two pedestal fans but insufficient. Complimentary breakfast most basic. Helpful reception staff. Given free upgrade to balcony room for 2 days out of 4 booked
