Well, Property Needs a bit of maintenance, now the picture available on site is 6-7 years old. Food Was Good , facilities were offered but only when asked for such as soap, shampoo to be asked from reception, Electricity issue was also a bit concerned there... Property is old now..needs more maintenance.

We stayed at Hotel Crown Plaza Residency from May 22-28. We were the only guests for the first 3 days due to the recent incidents there. Nice hotel but certainly overpriced- more than WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING! Excellent location, easily accessible from all sides, close to the Dal Lake. Food was only available the last day as there were no tourists. Certainly recommendable.

groupThere is no security at all. Toilets are dirty and stinking we have to tell them to clean every time. Bedsheets not cleaned. House keeping is pathetic. Power goes off frequently and generator you have to ask manager every time. Staff mr javed and mudassir very cooperative. Don’t recommend this hotel. For the price they charge you get better hotels in better area.
