The hotel was pathetic no electricity whole night their hotel is running with generator at night all staff was sleeping n locked the reception area. From 11. 30pm till 2 am i was calling to the reception, no one picked up so we came out to check for help all were sleeping in 2nd floor. They said this is normal in their hotel electricity n generator till 10 around 2. 30 he restart the generator and around 3. 30 again they stopped it till 8am breakfast has 2 option poha n bread omelette no room dinning facility is there make my trip please don’t promote such hotel for the people who are spending money to visit srinagar.

It was our first visit to kashmir, a friend gave us a reference to this beautiful hotel. It is located centrally. One can walk to the famous dal lake and lal chowk. The good thing about this hotel is that it has a nice garden with open air dinning. We had booked for a day only but ended up staying for a week. Thanks to iceland staff for making our staff so memorable.

Well, i must say this hotel is great and best in price as compared to other hotels around dal lake and center because firstly this property is super new and the furniture is fresh and the staff is super professional, humble and warm. Kashmiri hospitality at its best. Rooms were clean. Services were extraordinary. The manager at the reception will help you with all the information. Lastly the food was very tasty and good in quality and quantity. Highly recommend

The pictures are kind of fake and the rooms are pathetic … there was no water at all even for bathing…. Not even cold water forget about hot or warm so better not to stay at this place
