I had my personal reasons to checkout early from my total number of days I had to stay so k requested the manager if I can get the refund and he lied to me by saying it all depends on MMT team and when I connected with MMT team they told me that the decision depends upon the property owner. So in short all they care about themselves not the customer and their issue

At first, this room was not good at all, when we stayed in hotel after hotel, there was no boy in the car, because of which we had to go to this room with all our respect.And at the time when we checked out the use time, there was no boy in the vehicle, due to which we had to come again with the luggage ourselves and also had to be loaded in the car.
