Nice property, far from dal lake
Location is far from dal lake, in house kitchen is really good, staff was really courteous. Geyser didn't work properly, frequent power cuts is an issue. View is nice from the room.

coupleIt was an awesome experience staying pearl continental srinagar. This was our first visit to kashmir & it turned out to be on of the memorable one. It was a 3 day stay in oct 1st week & hotel surrounded by mountain gives so positive vibes & freshness. A bit far from city, but no issue with connectivity. Rooms are spacious with all amenities & food here is amazing. Very helpful & friendly staff. Special thanks to incharge choudhary fareed, chef rafiq & team and hotel management for your hospitality. We enjoyed a lot staying here, pearl continental srinagar is highly recommended.

Hotel location and dining is good, public transport is not easily available if late in evening, staff is good.

Good: rooms are nice & comfy; our room had mountain view; staff is cooperative; owner is friendly and helpful bad: restaurant’s a la carte menu is limited, and the food is not up to the mark; location is a bit away from the main center; no lift; expensive for the value it provides

Nice hotel and it's service
Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are cleaned , breakfast is plentiful. The staff are very helpful especially Choudhary Fareed and Mustaq ahmed I’d recommend this Hotel and would certainly stay here again. thanks for your services👍

Location food
Very far from main dal lake entrance. Kept switching off heaters in night. Not too much options for food, just limited items.

Dear guest, we appropriate your feed back just want to put some points which you have raised. 1- it is mentioned every where our hotel is 17 kms away from airport. 2- you must know that mu-gal garden is one of most attractive place here in srinagar like nishat bagh ( 3 kms away away from hotel) shalimar garden ( 2 km away from the hotel )harvan garden ( 0. 5 km from hotel ) regarding food you must have seen our full fleged menu with approx 80 dishs for which we have an profisinal nepali shef and team.

Pros_ it's a beautiful hotel. Very clean & neat. There is heating blanket. & heater cons when we were there, they had electricity issues. So there was constant power cut off. The hotel is in a dingy lane.

Regarding power cut off i just want to inform that it is peak witner here and it take few minutes to shift our ac current in to dc via genset.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from dal lake, if you do not hire a vehicle then there will be no transportation to go outside
groupHotel is good in terms of room rate, staff service is good, breakfast and dinner are very expensive, doesn’t matter it is expensive everywhere in jammu and kashmir, lift was not available but work was on, it would be available.

Location is 1.5 km away from Mughal garden Shalimar which is mentioned everywhere including our website, We believe Mughal Gardens are one of the most attractive points here in Srinagar and 1.5 km distance should not matter if you go by walk it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach Shalimar Bagh. Regarding Construction we have given a new look to our hotel and services which will enhance the demand of our guests.
No parking facility there
No hot water came till 10:00 am .. have faced issues regarding bathing

Stay in pearl continental was the best thing in the entire trip to kahmir apart from the stunning viwes people in the hotel right from the owner to reception guy and the people who are working in the kitchen are too good the way they receive u and they way they treat u will make u feel special loved the stay which includes rooms and its maintenance and also food that is fresh and hot anytime u order it. I highly recommend everyone to try it out atleast for a day. Its bit far from srinagar town and as a tourist that should not be an issue as u are here in kashmir to experience peace and happiness, both of which u will get it through staying in a hotel like pearl continental
