The room was fine but they described our room as standard room and told us that it cost more than what you had paid on MMT do you need to pay more and we denied for extra pay and checked out from the hotel.

Food is not easily available, Amenities mentioned that not provided Services very poor Facilities services are very poor

Hotel at prime location and rooms are neat and clean staff are very polite and helpful hygienic rooms

Very good location as its very close to airport and also it's nearby to many tourists location like Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Dhoodpatri. If we take hotels near Dal Lake it takes minimum an hour to come out of City so this hotel is such a time saver for us. Only thing to mention here is breakfast option is very less like two varieties but they serve you hot and tasty. Perfect in terms of location and hygiene.

The room is very average, it is a budget hotel and expect services in line. The standard room is not meant for 3 people, it can accommodate only 2. For Extra bed you will get only a mattress, not a roll on bed. The room had mosquitoes and bathroom was smelly .

Room is specious, excellent food , well behaved and helpful staff.

The room in pic was different from the actual one, rest was fine. except the initial issues which was resolved

the room was very small , was not a room that one can stay at and the guy at the reception told that as you have booked online you have to pay 1200 extra for changing the room.

I’ll be 100% honest here. I don’t know if there are any good paid reviews in the review section but my experience was very bad. The hotel is newly built so rooms are good. However, cleanliness is not adequately maintained and also, there is no heater facility in room, and so we had to struggle with cold. Overall not worth the money for which the room was listed.
