Fabulous property great location perfect for family

Walking distance from Dal lake and Tulips gardens mountains view from windows excellent property, huge drawing room and kitchen with all amenities excellent and very cooperative staff. Very comfortable stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a walison homestay, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and local charm. What truly made the stay memorable was the outstanding support provided by Mushtaq, the property manager. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was seamless – from arranging local tours to providing valuable recommendations for dining and activities. Walisons Abelia is a perfect home away from home in Srinagar. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with all modern amenities. The location is peaceful yet close to main attractions. Walisons Homestay Abelia, Srinagar, is a home away from home. Every apartment has a fully-functional kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, gas stove, electric kettle, microwave oven, bread toaster, etc. It also has a fully automatic washing machine, a proper bedroom, and sofa-cum-bed in the living room. There is one TV, and shoes aren't allowed inside the apartment and so they are quite neat. But it's located quite far from the city (and I will recommend it only if you have your own car). There were a lot of power cuts during the days I stayed (it could be that Kashmir valley is seeing power cuts). And while I wake up early at 5:00 am, people who want to wake up late might get disturbed by the 4:50 am azaan from a nearby mosque, and then gurbani sound for a gurudwara a little further away. The three office boys at the property (Moyeen, Faizan, and Raj) are very proactive and very professional. I would rate Walisons Homestay Abelia 4 out of 5.

It was a nice stay. Mustaq was really helpful and coordial. Rooms were clean and properly equipped with all the amenities.

Very neat and clean apartment with all the basic amenities including microwave, gas stove, plates and essential utensils. From here it will take almost 30 minutes to dal lake via uber which costs upto rupees 250. Enjoyed the stay here.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and great restaurants. . Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Also thanks to Mr Mushtaq for his friendly and helpful nature.

Comfortable stay. Very nice clean property. Loved the stay. Property has great view. Caretakers are quite helpful and available all the time.
