The location of the hotel is good. It's in front of the jhelum river. The staff is polite even. There are only a few issues like no buffet in breakfast and no toiletries in the bathroom. The rest is good, i had a good stay there.

Terrible Stay
Highly bad experience at Meridian hotel Rajbag- Srinagar. It’s very bad hotel, there is no electricity backup, No AC in room, poor security, poor cleanliness, unhygienic hotel, not good food, no cold water, dirty sofa - dirty linen, dirty fan, dirty curtains, not changing room clothing, no exhaust fan in bathroom, ऊँची दुकान - ऊँचे रेट - फीकी सर्विस, broken roofs, bad odour in the entire hotel, unhygienic breakfast, प्लीज़ कभी मत जाना इस होटल में।

Average Stay
Property from outside is nice and beautiful if you look at lawns and entrance but rooms are damp and not so well kept. They can improve on that. Quality of food served is okay but you might have to forcefully give tips to waiters or workers as they would approach you at time of checkout. It’s priced high than it should be.

Unsafe property. Beware
businessYou will be forced to give multiple tips. The service people will enter your room without permission and ask for money. Damp room. Not at all worth the money they are charging. Bed bugs. I am suffering from allergies after my stay. Never stay in this property alone or with family. It's unsafe. They will not clean your room. If you ask them to do, then be prepared for giving additional money. Bathroom substandard. Hot water facility is not good. No one will response if you ask for service.

Centralized heating system was not made on deliberately. Dg set was made on after 30 to 50 minutes of the electricity failure.

A Good Old Charm nice Hotel
A good old charm hotel . Near to Residency Road at Raj Bagh. Hospitality and very courteous service need to be specially mentioned . Good parking space. The spacious lawn is good for parties if you need to organize one . . Ground Floor and first floor rooms are there. So someone who can not climb steps can opt for ground floor rooms !. Food is nice and mostly served in the room. As room service.
