Review Of Hotel Taj Residency

Location is good, food quality is very good, staff is well dressed

The bedsheets had stains, never washed. During checkout the attendant threw the bills during on the table and said “chalo pay karo, idhar water bottle complimentary nhi hai”. The electric blankets didn’t work. Overall it was the rudest dishonourable experience we had. Shameless staff!

It was good experience , I had comfortable stay

Excellent place to stay and ppl here are very cooperative.

Good staff, rooms, food, services, only issue is location, if you have gps then no issue, once you reach everything is fine

The people in the hotel are nice and supportive. Food could have been better.

Sleeping was comfortable as they provided heating bedsheets. The dinner food was not upto the mark. Uncooked chill i potato and manchurian balls. Not good. They don't allow dinner in the rooms. Have dinning area for it. Though it would be good if they start serving in the room as it is super cold outt during winrers. Breakfast was fine and it served the purpose.

Bad experience, future not stay in this hotel.

Too cold on winter season, they provided us with small electric heaters but due to power cuts they where insufficient
I don't suggest this Hotel during the cold season, power cut and not proper heating system make it very cold place to stay, the service guys tried everything to make us happy.

Location was to far from the road. Service was pathetic, cleanliness was zero. I must say that it was a pathetic stay, I went there with my family and stayed their for 4 days. What I observed was that hotel staff was much casual, whatever I was trying to order all the time they told me the same thing'sorry we don't have that' even when I asked for drinking water they served me after one hour and sometime they forgot to give water, their window was not able to close, when I checked in room linen was not cleaned, when I complained, then they came and changed it. I would not stay in this hotel in future.

Excellent hotel of this class . Newer property and kept extremely clean. All staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast, Dinner was up to our exception, Hotel owner is also very cooperative, & guided us about the local tour places, Good for family, friends. Hotel is located in safe area in Srinagar. Yes I would definitely like to revisit the hotel.

Excellent rooms and facilities, rooms are spacious and have all the amenities

It was an awesome experience in this hotel. Behavior of staff members are very good. The price is affordable and in this price yu can have a luxurious stay. They have arranged the transport and it was also awesome. The hotel is also walking distance from dallake. We have visited in the month January 26 2018 and stayed for 4 nights .. It was an awesome experience

Thus is my first time to travel in Srinagar and I chose to stay at Hotel Taj Rajidency. The hotel is very good. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Food is very good and service was best.
