overall it was a very nice experience. room was spacious, no smell, and the bathroom was clean.

Comfortable stay. Clean and luxurious. It is close to Laal Chowk and therefore best suited for people who wish to stay near the main market of Srinagar.

Not very comfortable stay room was ok not as same as picture on the website bathroom stinks badly and not very clean.

Very bad service extra charges saying and AC not working staff behaviour very bad not confertable rooms

I have visited many properties but this one is the most pathetic property i have ever visited. The staff of the property is so terrible that they don’t provide service on time, they have written fully air conditioning but they turn on the ac for 2-3 hours in whole day (24 hours) no proper housekeeping and proper hygiene of the rooms, they never pick your call you have to go to reception if you need anything. They are so full of themselves. They are charging a good amount of money for the rooms booking but i will recommend everyone not to stay in this property, I booked the rooms booking for 2 days from MMT and one day room directly and this morning they are saying me to go to a different property without any intimation and no communication. I am traveling this property with my family and kids and the way they treat is so bad. The checkin time as per MMT is 12 pm but they allot room at 2 pm. I will recommend everyone not to entertain this property and choose your stay wisely.

horrible experience in stay villa .....they want child ID for age 18th months baby ,a 5 years child or a 6 years child ...and they charged per extra child .so please don't go at this place for stay

There is no air conditioner, is not working and and the staff performance is very poor, firstly, I told me please wait within 1 hour. A c will work, then again again, cheating me by changing the words.

Bad heating system and maitainance. Breakfast not upto the mark. Only good thing is the reception ambience

The heater was off during midnight and the temperature was -5 to -8. they mentioned mineral water will be provided but they didn't, they provided the regular tap/filter water & charged for mineral water. the slipper from the pair they provided was not same. lock for the door from inside was very light. location is near lal chowk but you won't get any views from windows.

Hotel location is very near to lal chowk which is major market in srinagar. The rooms are specious and very clean with room temperature control system. Breakfast and dinner is excellent. So many items and all are tasty. Overall experience is excellent.
