The Worst Hotel I ever booked from MMT. 1. They turn off ac in the Morning hours. 2. No cleanliness 3. Untidy and dirty bedsheet and comforter. 4. Bugs running inside the fridge. 5. They shifted our rooms 3 times due to various issues. 6.Didnt recieve complementary breakfast. we had booked it for 2 days and due to all these issues we checked out immediately the next morning. Avoid this stay.

Very good rooms and wifi available and very polite behaviour

The hotel staff was very co-operative and good. The hotel was pretty decent too. But we weren’t informed that breakfast was included in our stay. Only on the last day of our stay we were informed about the breakfast.

Right from reception to buffet everything excellent. Heating system was more than sufficient. Even in winters u need not worry and enjoy trip

1. Make my trip has booked the room. But there was no room at the property when physically reached there. I would recommend never ever book hotel via make my trip. It was hotel manager who booked another hotel room and rescued us

Boat house staff was not at all courteous, the attendant called the guest to draw attention by making sound ush, ush, when guest expressed anger attendant had no courtesy to say sorry. Staff needs to educated. Manager was well behaved but not available during night n in the morning till 9. 30. Bathroom was not convenient, one tap in bathtub and no other tap. We were asked to enter bath tub even to wash our legs. Bath tub was not functional. They said you can’t fill water n have bath in it. charges for one night, i felt exorbitant.

The staff were quite accommodative and engaging they were genuinely trying to ensure we had a good stay, be it ensuring we have enough towels or making sure we collected a bucket of hot water. However, there are some points you should be aware of at this price point in srinagar, hotels do not have centralized heating, hot water is also provided in slots. You will be provided with a space heater and a heating blanket on your bed. The windows at most hotels in this price point are not glazed or double panned there for the rooms can get cold. The space heater and warm blanket will keep you warm but you won't be able to move freely in your room due to this. Be aware of this when booking a hotel in this category. I am mentioning this because is saw other guests fighting over this. The staff was politely trying to explain the reality of the price point. The space heater given to us, the warm blanket, the water kettle and also them trying to make sure we collected a bucket of water when it was running shows that they are committed to give you what is possible at the price point. I would stay there again in future if i do not have the budget to go to a more expensive higher star hotel. I also need to mention that the area has many shops and restaurants. There are three arms within 300m distance

Excellent hotel, m. D. Mr. Adil is a gentleman. Very nice staff, good location, tasty food, very neat and clean rooms and washrooms. I am very much thankful to mr. Adil for helping me out in my plans of sightseeing, shopping and suggestions. Thanks team mmt. I have photos and videos of the hotel. It's a very reasonable one as well compared to others around.

Food is good but some electrical circuits are not working properly during stay

No hot water no amenities was available. Even after asking.

The rooms are good and bathrooms and classy and clean. Service personnel also supported well. Wifi passwords are available on request. Ac/heater, bedwarmer, fan everything available. Big rooms. I request all to skip dinner buffet from there as the option are very less and not that great. With half that money you can get awesome food from proven food joints outside like mughal darbar. They allowed us for early check-in and also provided welcome tea. Also helped us in arranging airport taxi and made sure we traveled safe and on time. Happy with thier service.

Nice to stay in hotel. Food was good. Staff was good. Hotel cleaning was not good.
