The rooms are good and the washrooms are also clean . But i have a small feedback that in this hotel water bottles are paid i think it should be free and no complimentary drinks provided in my family suite

Location of the hotel is 3-5 mins away from dal gate making it easily accessible to many places around Srinagar. Rooms are clean with facilities to keep one comfortable and warm. The host team is very welcoming, helpful and available at a moment's notice It serves the purpose very much for anyone visiting Srinigar Worth the money I paid and would recommend booking this stay, specially if you want to travel on a tight budget.

Thanks Hotel Centre Villi – 2-Night Stay I recently stayed at Hotel Centre Villi for two nights. Overall, I had a positive experience—the hotel has potential and the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. However, one major issue was the lack of a power supply during my stay. This was a significant inconvenience, especially for charging devices and staying cool. I hope this is addressed soon, as it's an important part of a comfortable hotel experience. Despite this, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and with some improvements, this hotel could be a great choice for travelers.

A good decent hotel, good for night stays. Hotel staff need to look at the quality of the bed sheets provided. Whereas the room and the toilets were clean.

The staff was very supporting & very friendly with guest & mr. Imran was supporting us with every time for any tome of service. & the room war very nice & service provided by hotel was too good

Unhygienic, and dirty linens when we entered the rooms. Dirty washroom and no hot water. Very small room, with lots of noice from outside. It’s more like old Dharamshala.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Centre Villa. The location is convenient, and the service and staff were courteous and helpful. However, the room interior was disappointing—it looked outdated and not well-maintained. To add to that, the television in the room wasn’t working, which was quite frustrating. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of amenities and room upkeep.

Bad experience... providing poor service....staff behaviour was worst....booked room for 4 persons, provided small room with no extra mattress...when asked for extra one, staff said u must book family room n this option nt available on app....last but not least I dnt recommend this hotel....poorest service n worst staff bevaiour....at a time of check out even they didn't send any person for luggage to bring down....check in n check out facilities r worst....nt provided any water or glasses...worst experience
