clean rooms and good location within budget but hot water is not provided for 24 hrs... please go for a good budget friendly hotel.

Poor service week management and bathroom lock was broken hot water was available in only 2 hours disappoint service

The hotel is quite inside and approach is very narrow with dirty streets and lots of street dogs. The hotel itself was not upto the mark consider the rates of the room. There are no geysers inside the rooms and hot water is supplied only at certain times of the day. On the first day there was no hot water in the bathroom and moreover the water was dirty and had a foul smell. The food was also not upto the mark. The breakfast was just for the sake of name it was pathetic only 1 or 2 items and that too tasteless items. Apart from hotel staff which was courteous nothing was good in the hotel. Will never recommend it to anyone to be honest.

Everything was available, my experience was ok ok. Breakfast was not up to the mark, room was clean, service was good.

My room key did not work at all and every time i had to call the reception to unlock my door. The breakfast was plain down pathetic. Parantha were laced with uncooked mustard oil and so were the bhathure. The bread was rock solid and thebutter was some local brand. I asked them for a bottle of water as none was provided complimentary with my check in and the reception told me to call the restaurant for it. When i did that, they said it will be paid and charged me for it during check out. They denied accepting that there was no water bottle provided during check in. I ordered schezwan fried rice (non veg) and got veg instead. The entire food was heavily mixed with vinegar. I took one bite and left it.

Stay was good, ac was not working and bathroom not very organised. Rest was fine including cleanliness and food.

This property is difficult to locate. The locality is dirty. It’s in a lane. Hotel services very poor. Ac does not work. If possible avoid booking. Make my trip does not show good property options to stay in srinagar. There are so many beautiful hotels in the city. All money spent on this stay was a total waste. Bathroom sizes extremely small. No room service available. Just a namesake hotel.

The hotel provides hot water for bathing for limited hours and no information provided at check-in. Had to bath with cold water. The air conditioning didn't work at all. Travellers book the hotel looking for such basic facilities and this hotel doesnt even manage such basic necessities

Staff is well mannered and cooperative. Room service is prompt. Food is good in the restaurant and menu selection is good.

Location is easy to find food tastes near by average not so good. Amenities were quite good. And services were extremely terrible and owner of the hotel is very rude to some customers.

Stay is good and pleasant. Staff of the hotel are honest and respond to our woos. However food quality is not as per the expectation. I can say that food is not all good.

Good hotel, stay was good enough for 5 days trip

We stayed in this hotel for a day. We didn't eat. The hotel was very clean. Talking about the room, it is a budgeted stay. Room heater was working very well. Room interior was a bit old but clean. Talking about the location, it is a bit far from the lake but you can walk for 10 minutes. Overall i would say this is a budgeted stay.

Stayed for 4 days. Room heater & hot water was provided. Good location. Good staff. Overall a nice stay.
